If the series of images are not approved:
1. Make sure that you have rights to move the series, go to the menu ”System, Preferences,
Security. Check the boxes for ”Delete images”, “Unapprove Images” and “Approve
Images”.
2. Mark the original series, the series that has just been captured
but not yet is saved and approved, this series have a red mark
on the icon left of the name.
3. From the menu ”Edit” select ”Move Series to Other Patient”. Have patience it might take a
little while before a search Patient window opens, now search and select the Patient who
shall receive the original series.
4. Save and approve the series from the ”File” menu.
5. Reset the security tab to the rights the user shall have, see 1 above.
If the series is already saved and approved:
1. Make sure that you have rights to move the series, go to the menu ”System, Preferences,
Security. Check the boxes for ”Delete images”, “Unapprove Images” and “Approve
Images”.
2. Look at the list of Imagecards, if you only see image cards with a green ikon to the left of
the name you will need to change the settings to show the original series. If needed go to
menu “System”, ”Preferences”, ”General” Uncheck ”Hide approved original Series in …..”
Now you should see Image cards (green icons) and Original Series (black icons) in the list.
3. Mark the original series (black icon) that you want to move.
4. Go to the menu “Image” and select “Change approval”. The red mark on the icon shows
that the series is not approved.
5. Mark the original series that you want to move.
6. From the menu ”Edit” select ”Move Series to Other Patient”. Have patience it might take a
little while before a search Patient window opens, now search and select the Patient who
shall receive the original series.
7. Save and approve the series from the ”File” menu. When you have saved a copy of the
original series called an Image Card (with a green) icon shall appear in the list.
8. If you don´t need to see both the original series and the image cards go to “System”,
“Preferences”, “General” and check the ”Hide approved original Series in …..” option. Now
only the Image Cards (green icon) should be on the list.
9. Reset the security tab to the rights the user shall have, see 1 above.
